An online Auction is the same as an in the room Auction but remotely. If you wish to bid in one of our online Auctions, you must register on our website prior to bidding. During the Auction, you can set a maximum price that will automatically bid for you until it reaches that maximum. This amount can be changed throughout the Auction. Please visit our ‘Guide to Buying at Auction’ for more information.

We do require pre-registration for all our Auctions. These will include AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Identity Checks. Once you have registered, you will only need to login for future Auctions.

To make an online account, you simply press the Register/Login button in the top righthand side of our website. This will send you to Auction Passport and ask for your details. It automatically runs an AML and Identity check.

We try and make all our legal packs available before the Auction and upload them onto the property profiles.
